The doctor of the clinic, Sanjay Srivastava, said that in the last 15 years, nearly 3 times more diseases have increased among gas victims. This disclosure has been made in the medical report of Sambhav Trust Clinic. These figures came out during the treatment of 27 thousand 155 gas victims in 15 years.
Shrivastava said that it has also been revealed in the analysis that the problem of weight and obesity among people suffering from poisonous gas of Union Carbide is about 3 times more than healthy people. Among them, the rate of thyroid related diseases is about 2 times higher than the common victims.
