New Delhi: In view of Corona’s increasing infection, from April 22, the Supreme Court will hear only urgent cases. With this, the Supreme Court has issued another circular stating that from April 22, regular courts will not sit. The court has canceled the ongoing list of April 22 trial. Let us know that many judges and employees of the Supreme Court are infected with the corona virus.

The circular states that the Advocate on Record and the party will file a mentoring petition to hear these parsonage cases in which they will give the reason for immediate hearing. In such cases, there may be cases like habeas corpus petition, bail and death penalty.

The Supreme Court had also taken some drastic measures to deal with Corona and prevent its spread. The RTPCR test was being done to those who entered the Supreme Court. More than 40 Supreme Court employees have been found positive in the last few days. Recently, all employees of Supreme Court Judge MR Shah’s government residence have been found positive in the Corona investigation.
