Bhopal: (TNA News Network) A 10 day Mexican Food Festival will begin at multi cuisine restaurant- MoMo Café- at Courtyard by Marriott from Saturday. The festival, which will last until 18th October between 7 and 11 pm, will offer an exciting array of varieties of Mexican flavours to the food lovers in Bhopal.
Rakesh Upadhyay, General Manager, Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal informed this at a press conference organised here on Friday. He said that in the last few years, the food lovers of Bhopal have developed a taste for international food. They want to get to taste a variety of international dishes that taste fresh and authentic. In order to satisfy their cravings, we have come up with a Mexican Food Festival.
Amol Patil, Executive Chef, Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal said that the authentic Mexican Food like Nachos, Tacos, Fajitas and Enchiladas will be served along with freshly made Caldo de Pollo, Cilantro Soup and Carne en su jagon to the food lovers.
He said one can opt for Cajun Spiced Potato Croquettes with Cilantro aioli, Mushroom Molletes, Spinach & cottage cheese quiche, Tomato & walnut quiche, Sweet potato Parmesan Gnocchi, Chicken fajitas Melts, Chilli Rellenos, Stewed lamb balls in Mexican Garlic Chilli for starters, and, Baked Black Beans with tomato sauce, Parmesan Baked Potato, Mexican Quinoa & Refried beans stuffed pepper, Stuffed mexican eggplant, Mix Vegetable & Refried Beans stew, Baked cornmeal or ponenta, Cajun Spiced cilantro & Green onion rice, and traditional Mexican rice for the main course.
Chef Amol further said “The Food Fest will offer 3 different menus for the guests on every other day to mix up the varieties of flavours. The amazing Mexican flavours will leave you speechless with Taquito, mushroom and Corn Cannelloni, Entomada Mixiote and what not. Don’t forget to catch the live station food fun with Barbacoa, Quesadillas, Oriental Roasted Chicken and much more. For those who are crazy for new flavours of culinary, the Mexican food Fest is the right place which will offer heavenly experience.”
He also said that in order to complete the sumptuous dinner there will be a large variety of desserts to relish.
