Bhopal: (TNA News Network) The guests at multi cuisine restaurant at Courtyard by Marriott – MoMo Café –will get royal treat for the next 10 days during dinner times. More than 50 dishes from royal families. And a dash of culture and heritage on the side. The occasion is The Royal Cuisines of India- a unique food festival. This food festival will showcase cuisines of various Riyasats of India ruled by Rajas, Nawabs and Nizams of yester years.

This time, we take the journey forward by serving you the best of Royal cuisine. The lavish buffet will include appetizing shorbas like vegetarian Subz Badami, Makai Aur Matar, Palak Aur Pudeena, and Tamatar Aur Tulsi; non vegetarian Murgh Bhutta, Murg Yakhani, Murgh Multani, Paya, and Gosht Adrkki. Vegetarian starters such as Khushnuma Paneer Tikka, Paratdar Paneer Tikka, Paneer Shaan-e-Awadh, Khubani Paneer Tikka, Makhmali Paneer Tikka, Khas Khas Chukandar Ka Kabab, Subz Shami Kabab, Anjeer Aur Palak Ka Kabab, Veg Galawati Kabab, and Mughlai Dahi Ka Kabab. The non veg starters would include Mutton Barra Kabab, Gosht Ka Parchye, Chapli Kabab, Galwati Kabab, Shami Kabab, Sambal Ka Seekh Kabab, Kakori Kabab, Bhatti Ki Chap and Murgh Shan-e-Awadh. The veg main course will have sumptuous dishes like Paneer Laoung Latika, Lucknowi Dum Ka Paneer, Paneer Kundan Kaliyan, Paneer Pasanda, Hyderabadi Paneer Khatta Pyaz, Paneer Handi Korma and Mughlai Paneer Tikka. Similarly the non veg main course will have Nalli Nihari, Gosht Rogni Nihari, Lucknowi Gosht Ka Salan, Hyderabad Khatta Gosht, Mutton Rizala, Awadhi Moongh Gosht, Kashmiri Rogan Josh, Lagan Ka Gosht, Band Gosht, Hyderabadi Haleem and Lucknowi Khichda.

There will also be an array of desserts to enjoy at the end of lavish food.
